1. Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., personalized or made-to-order items)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products

6. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
